Mix Vegetable Curry

1 cup Cauliflower 

250 grams Potatoes

1 Cup Brinjal

250 grams Tomatoes

1/2 Cup French Beans

1/2 Cup Green Peas

1 Cup Boiled Onion with chicken cube

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste


1 tsp Red chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Cummin seeds 1 tsp

11 Whole red chilli

2 tbsp Dry Fenugreek leaves (if fresh then use 1 cup of dry fenugreek leaves)

Salt as Required 

Chicken Stock 1 cup

Green Chillis 5 to 6 pieces 

Fresh Soya leaves 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves 3 tbsp

1/2 Cup Oil
