2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp All purpose flour or chapati flour
4 tbsp Home made nihari masala
½ cup Oil/gee
salt as required 
water as required 

Whole Spice's

2 bay leafs
1 stick cinnamon 
6 to 7 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
5 to 6 cloves 
2 star anise

For Garnishing

Coriander leaves as required 
Green chilies as required 
Lemon as required
Ginger ( Julienne cut )
Brown onion as required
