1 Garlic

1 Medium Sized Onion 

4 inch Ginger

Coriander Seeds 2 Tbsp

250 Gram Chick Peas (Lantern) I soaked the Chick Peas in Water for 2 Hours

Cumin Seed's 1 Tbsp

Fennel Seed Powder 1 Tbsp

                                                 Dry Spice:
Star Anise 3 Pcs, 2 Bay Leaf's,10 to 12 Whole Red Chilies, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper, 1/2 Nutmeg 1 Mace, 4 Cloves, Cardamom 8 Pcs, Cinnamon 3 Sticks, Black Cardamom 2 Pcs

750 Gram Meat

1 Glass Water

(Green Spice's) 2 Tbsp Chopped Chile,1/2 Cup Coriander Leaf's, Chopped Onion 1/2 Cup, 2 Tsp Chopped Ginger, 2 Tsp Salt, 1 Tbsp Cornflour, 2 Tbsp Rice Flour, 1 Tbsp gram Masala Powder, 1 Egg, Half lemon, 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder.   



First of all take a Pressure Cooker & add Meat and soaked Chick Peas and all the Dry Spice's, Garlic Ginger & Onion, 1 Glass Water. After adding all the Ingredients close the lid and leave it for 15- 20 Minutes. after 15-20min open the lid and the water should be evaporated , Meat and Lantern should be Cooked then keep on stirring it. It should be mashed together after it's mashed take it out and put in a Chopper Machine and start grinding it after Grinding it add the the Green Spices don't add Half lemon or Baking Powder just yet. after mix it with your hands after that .Squeeze the Half lemon in and add the 1/4 Baking Powder Mix it with your Hands (MAKE SURE TO USE GLOVES) Shallow Fry It
