FCD

Singaporean Rice

Pasta (1st Step)

¼ packet - Pasta
4 cups - Water
1 tsp - Salt 
1 tbsp - Oil

Rice (2nd Step)

2 cups - Rice (good quality basmati rice)

4 cups - Water
1 - Cinnamon 
2 - Star anise 
¼ cup - Oil
4 - Cloves
1 tsp - Cumin
3 - Green cardamom 

White dip sauce (3rd Step)

½ cup - Mayonnaise
¼ tsp - Black pepper
½ tsp - Crush red chili
1 tbsp - Sugar
½ tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Lemon juice
1 tsp - Vinegar 
2 tbsp - Thick cream
2 tbsp - Ketchup OR 2 tbsp - Chili garlic sauce

Chicken curry (4th Step)

½ kg - Boneless chicken
1 tsp - Red chili powder
1 tsp - Crushed red chili
½ tsp - Black pepper 
Salt as required 
1 tsp - Vinegar 
¼ cup - Oil 
1 tbsp - Julienne cut ginger
1 tbsp - Garlic 
1 - Bell pepper
½ cup - Spring onion
2 large - Onion
2 medium - Tomatoes (Seedless)
Make sure to add the veggies inside give it a good stir and then add cornflour ( 1½ tbsp Cornflour and ½ cup water)

For garnishing 

3 tbsp Garlic
13 - Green chilies 
1 ½ tbsp - Ginger
