Sooji Ka Tukri Halwa

Ingredients -

Semolina - 500g

Granulated sugar - 4 (1/2)g

Pure Ghee - 3/4 cup

Dry Fruits - As Req

Essence - 1/4 tsp OR Rose water - 1 Tbsp

Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp

Water - 1 Regular Glass



After pouring the halwa in the container, make sure you cut it after 30mins, then leave on rest, for 4 hours. That it will be easier for you to cut it than to break it after 4 hours.


To Keep it soft, use 1 Tsp of Corn Syrup in 1/2 Kg Semolina, OR use 1 Tsp of Liquid Glucose in 1/2 Kg Semolina!!
