Steam Chicken In Yogurt


1 Kg Chicken

400 g Yogurt

3 tbsp Coriander leaves

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp red chili powder

1 tsp roasted cumin seed

1 tsp chili fakes

1 tsp garam masala powder

1/2 tsp cardamon powder

                                                                  1 tbsp Green Chili ( Fine chopped )


                                                         Marination Method:

          Take a bowl, place chicken, add yogurt, and all the other ingredients 

          Leave it for 2 hours and more best result over night 

          Take a pan, add 2 tbsp Oil when it hot add chicken and let it cook in its steam by                   covering the lid
